WD also has programs such as Love Home Swap, that allows homeowners to “swap” their homes for other vacation properties. WD also has over 25,000 employee’s that help their customers vacation dreams become reality (Wyndham Destinations, 2019). RCI is a part of Wyndham Destinations. RCI is the leader in vacation exchanges (RCI, 2019). RCI has 35,000 exchange options in 108 countries (RCI, 2019). RCI also has 3.8 million members (RCI, 2019). They also offer an RCI Platinum service that lets you receive exclusive sales and savings, priority privileges, a 25% discount on guest certificates, 10% discount on combined deposit fee’s, 1-% discount on extra vacations getaways and last call vacations, and free on-hold vacations (RCI, 2019).

Wyndham Destinations major competitors are Airbnb, Marriott, Hilton Worldwide, Millennium and Copthorne, Hyatt Hotels, and Intercontinental Hotels (Craftco, 2019) (Airbnb, 2019).
